At breakfast we discovered that the 'milk' that we bought to put on the children's cereal was actually liquid yoghurt - "mammy this Dutch cereal tastes strange"
Morning with the hordes at the communal swimming pool, my distaste for all forms of hoi poloi increases daily.
At least Evie found somewhere a little less crowded!
Afternoon siesta was much needed. Cycle lanes are everywhere here, much better than at home - and much safer, except they are also used by mopeds.
Evening spent in Amsterdam centre as the shops got more and more seedy. Clare turned us round when she spotted one shop with live women in the window!
Off to Luxembourg tomorrow...
